Our equipment line-up includes over 500 injection molding machines and high-precision machining lines with capacity ranging from 15 to 850 tons, while our workforce includes some 180 qualified injection molding engineers, machining technicians and equipment inspectors.

Value Engineering (VE)

Value Engineering refers to streamlining solutions and modifications to design, development and production processes that we supply to clients with the ultimate aim of maximizing product value.
Multi-faceted evaluation of products in each individual process is used to identify potential cost savings and quality enhancements.
Sanko Kasei draws upon the combined resources of the organization to provide clients with VE proposals on quality-related modifications and improvements to design and manufacturing processes as well as selection and evaluation of production materials and research into functional properties.
