Trial moldings for every scenario

The Sanko Kasei integrated production system encompasses all processes from initial product design and development through to production and final shipment.
Making product samples and trial moldings s for evaluation is a critical part of the production process. Importantly, trial moldings are performed in a normal production setting using standard manufacturing equipment.
In addition to producing new products and technical innovations, Sanko Kasei provides services such as trial moldings with client-supplied molds and production setup advice.
We use our equipment and systems to produce trial moldings using molds supplied by the client and then evaluate and report on the moldings.

Once the trial molding phase is over, Sanko Kasei moves into the full production phase. With a full complement of advanced equipment and a skilled workforce, Sanko Kasei has the manufacturing capacity and expertise to generate a reliable supply of quality products in a large scale.

Sanko Kasei currently has over 500 molding machines across multiple facilities, ranging from compact 15 t models for precision components to enormous 850 t models for larger pieces. These are operated by a highly experienced workforce of technicians and engineers including three injection molding engineers ranked Top Class, 16 ranked First Class and 118 ranked Second Class. This dedicated team of skilled professionals ensures that all products are of the highest quality.
In addition to standard parts and components, Sanko Kasei can accommodate a wide range of custom molding applications such as high-performance resins, two-color molding, hoop molding, rotary molding, insert-outsert composite molding, clean room molding and extra-thin pieces.
